- Post any harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening,
harmful, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically
or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature;
- Promote another service, site and/or business enterprise
or solicit other Members business or buy or sell products
and/or services; or endeavour to obtain cash, assets or
credit card details from any Eflame.com.au members;
- Attempt or gain unauthorised access to any information
available on the Eflame.com.au Web Site;
- Transfer or assign Your Password to any other party;
- Copy any part of the Eflame.com.au website, its
software, concepts and systems which are held by

- Post any spam and/or junk e-mail to other Members;
- Complete any action or activity that provides a negative
impact on Eflame.com.au and its owners or on any of its members.
Directors of Eflame.com.au. take all of the above aspects
seriously and will Not hesitate to prosecute those members
which breach any of the above Terms and Conditions.
We recommend to ALL members to communicate
any complaint PROMPTLY to EFLAME regarding
our Service or the conduct of another member,
so that the appropriate action may be taken.
Eflame.com.au will take all of the above items seriously
Eflame may terminate profiles and may initiate legal
action against those members where appropriate.
Profiles
Eflame has no obligation and generally does NOT
review Profiles or Photos, however we will always
make every endeavour to review a sample of our
members Profiles periodically at random. During
those random checks, Eflame may temporarily Freeze,
amend or delete such profiles, at their sole discretion
where Eflame considers that a members Profile and or Photo
breache our standard terms and conditions and/or may have a
Perceived negative impact on our website, our business
or have an adverse impact (ie Content may be Disturbing
to other members) as determined solely by Eflame.
You are/will be solely responsible for the content of your
profile and for all information including ALL Your Photos
(whether password protected/or not password protected) that
YOU post on the Eflame.com.au WebSite and/or whether you
choose to have Your Profile/or Photos hidden or Not.
Your Acceptance of these terms, acknowledges that other Users
within Australia Or Internationally, (via any Web browser) will be
able to view your Profile and Photos. If You Post and/or disclose
to other Users any confidential or sensitive information about
Yourself or place photos on our Website (whether password
protected/Hidden/Displayed or not) then You do so entirely at
Your own risk! RememberYOU make the decision whether
your Profile and Photos are displayed! Please check this
regularly to ensure that YOU have set the correct status on
YOUR account (i.e Display or Invisible).
Your profile must be accurate, honest and relate to you
as a legitimate person! You agree to keep Your profile

You do so entirely at Your own risk.

reiterate our Terms and Conditions that YOU Must NOT
Post your contact details such as Phone Numbers or
Email addresses into YOUR Public Displayed Profile.
Whilst a great majority of users of the internet are
genuine users with legitimate reasons for contact
and may seriously want to meet a future partner,
or lover or possibly just an Email Buddy. However,
there are other internet users which may use your
personal details (which you record on YOUR Public
displayed Profile) To Harass YOU!

We reserve the right to review Your Profile/photos from
time to time and to amend and/or delete it if We, in Our
sole discretion, think that it should be amended and/or deleted.
In the event you Hide a Profile (ie make invisible) Please note
that members will not be able to Browse and search on YOU.
Please note YOU have the sole responsibility to change
this status at any time and at YOUR sole discretion.
We do however point out that in the unlikely event of error
(which may be within or outside Eflame.com.au control), that
Photos and Profiles may be displayed temporarily. Eflame.com.au
will be idemnified against any claim as a result of any error that
causes the display of these hidden profiles or Photos, however
will always will endeavour to promptly correct such errors.
We request that in these instance that you notify
Eflame.com.au promptly so that we may correct these Situations.
Eflame does NOT accept any pornographic images on our site.
Eflame does NOT have access or is able to review any
PASSWORD protected photos as they are secured.
In the event that a recipient member complains at the receipt
of a Password protected photo which contains a pornographic
image (or another unacceptable image), then Elame is in no way
liable for any damages or claims by the recipient of that photo, or for
any damages claimed by the sender of that inappropriate photo,
should the recipient later distribute that inappropriate photo via
the web or any other form of distribution.
Eflame will immediately terminate any member which attempts
Or uploads (sends/transmits) any pornographic images on our site.

whether on Your Public displayed Profile or Hidden Profile
(as submitted by you) are submitted entirely at Your own risk
and that Eflame.com.au is idemnified against any costs or claims

Advertising
Eflame has the right to introduce various advertisers on our
website at any time. These advertisers will advertise various
goods and services we believe will be of interest to our

Eflame does not provide any details on YOU as members
to these advertisers rather should you wish to find out
more about the advertiser, simply 'click' on any advertisement
within our site. The income we receive from advertising,
helps us supplement our costs and allows

All members that choose to have "Visible" will have their photos
automatically Displayed once this process is initiated.
If you do NOT wish your photo to be displayed then DO NOT
load a Photo or ONLY operate as "invisible"!!
Security of Data
The personal/Contact details such as Your Name, Your Email
address and password (which you provided in your registration)
are private and are properly protected. This information is not
made available to other members.
All other details noted in Your Profile including all Photos
(whether password protected or not), together with the information
you provide in your profile is deemed to be in the public domain.
If you do not wish your details to be made public then do not post
a profile.
Our Obligations to YOU
These terms and conditions apply:
We will consider accepting your Online Registration
provided that it does NOT breach our Terms and Conditions.
We shall accept Your order following e-mail confirmation by
YOU. Our message will also confirm details of Your purchase
and tell You when We shall commence the Service. Our contract
is made once you respond to Our E-mail confirmation message
to verify Your Email address. In the event YOU do not respond
to the E-mail confirmation then we confirm that no Legal
